Reliable4U 30-Day Zero Risk Return Policy

Within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can return items for a full refund, excluding any shipping fees.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition and include all original packaging, materials, and accessories, such as instruction manuals, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Items missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. Please ensure the original manufacturer’s packaging is placed inside an outer shipping box, and avoid writing on or attaching labels to the manufacturer’s packaging.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us right away, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Return shipping will only be covered if we are notified before the return is made.*

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Securely package the item, using double boxing if necessary.
2. Include your order number inside the package.
3. Ship the item with a tracking number.

Please note that items returned that initially qualified for free shipping will have the original shipping costs deducted from the refund or credit. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
